I started drawing when I was in the fourth grade.
This kid comes into the classroom fresh off of the weekend with a picture that he drew of Scooby -Doo… That was the moment I realized, I wanted to do stuff like that. I always had dreams of making cartoons on television growing up. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a clue how to do that, so I pursued painting in my teenage years. By my late 20s, I stumbled upon resources that allowed me to animate. I was so stoked! Today, I utilize both painting and animation techniques in my work. The journey has been a long one but in a way rich in knowledge and understanding.
